Lemala Ndutu, Tanzania

From December through March, when the vast herds of the Great Migration have reached the southern plains of the Serengeti, our stylish safari camp is ideally situated for the unfolding drama. The animals usually arrive in December to feed on the vegetation, newly replenished following the rains, and by February the main calving season is taking place. Here at Lemala Ndutu, you’ll find just 9 canvas tents with classic furnishings, an expansive private deck, and a private bathroom with a safari-style shower with solar-heated water. Guests dine in a lovely furnished Mess Tent, with complimentary beer, wine, and spirits available during meals. Complimentary Internet access and charging stations are available in the lounge and bar.
